Chicken and Egg Fried Rice

1) Rice 1 kg
2) Boneless Chicken (cubed)1/2 kg
3) Salt(according to taste)
4) Garlic paste(1 tbsp)
5) Spring Onions 3-4
6) Carrots (chopped) 2 medium
7) Cabbage (chopped) 1 small
8) Vinegar (2 tbsp)
9) Soya Sauce (4 tbsp)
12) Chinese Salt 1 tsp
13) Eggs 3
14) Cooking Oil 4-6 tbsp


1) Green Chillies (chopped)2-3
2) Spring Onions (chopped)

How To Cook:
1. Boil rice and drain the water.
3. Heat Cooking Oil on medium heat for 2-3 minutes and fry garlic for 1-2 minutes.
4. Then add chicken and stir-fry until water from the chicken dries.
5. Add cabbage,carrots and spring onions and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
6. Add rice and mix well.
7. Then add salt and chinese salt and mix.
8. Beat eggs and pour it on the rice.
9. Add vinegar and soya sauce in the end and mix well.
10.Garnish and serve hot.
